Policies + FAQ's

How much notice do I need to give for cookie order?

Orders can be placed 3 months in advance (example: I’ll take orders for May in February). Custom orders take time and planning thus I require orders to be placed at least 10 days before desired pick up date. Availability will also depend on other orders already placed therefore the sooner you can place your order the better! If orders are placed with <10 day notice there will be a $10 rush fee added to your order and if my availability allows.

 What are your prices?

See attached link for description. Each cookie is customized to your order and made with love. Pricing includes heat sealing and packaging cookies. You also help support a local small business which is greatly appreciated!

Can I place an order without a theme?

Unfortunately, no. To know if I have availability for your order I need to know the theme when order is placed as some themes are more labor intensive than others.

 How does payment work?

Once invoice is sent payment is expected within 24 hours to secure your spot. I accept payment via venmo. If you need another form of payment this can be discussed.

 Is there a cancellation policy?

If cancellation is necessary you will be refunded 100% of total if more then 14 day notice is given and 75% of total if less then 14 day notice is provided. You will be refunded 50% of total price if cookies have already been baked and no refund will be offered if cookies have been decorated.

Can I make changes to my order after it is paid for?

Changes can be made up until a week before pick up date. If changes need to be made less than 7 days before pick up date I cannot guarantee changes can occur as changes may require supplies I do not have or set has already been designed .

Do you offer gluten free cookies?

At this time, I do not offer a gluten free option.

How long do cookies last?

Once heat sealed cookies can last up to two weeks at room temperature.

 Can cookies be frozen?

Yes! I have done this many times myself (can’t let those mess ups go to waste!) To properly freeze cookies keep them heat sealed and placed in airtight container. When ready to use remove from freezer and keep in container until cookies come to room temperature (few hours or night before). Once at room temperature they are okay to open. This is a great way to have cookies for your event if I am booked the week of!

Do you ship or deliver cookies?

I do not ship or deliver cookies. Information on pick up is provided once invoice is sent.
